What data I process

  • When you book: the details you enter in my Google Calendar booking page (for example, your name, your email and the day and time of the appointment).
  • When you write to me: your phone number or email address and whatever you tell me in your message. Please don't send health information by WhatsApp or email.
  • During your care: the information you share in sessions, including health data, and your clinical record. This is specially protected data and I handle it with the utmost care and under professional secrecy.
  • When you browse: the website host records technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security. The website does not use its own cookies, analytics or advertising.
  • If you join the waiting list for a group: your name, your email or phone, the group and what you tell me about your interest. I receive them through the Netlify forms service, only to let you know when there is a place. I process them with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time, and I keep them only until a place is available or you ask me to delete them.
  • If you ask to be notified about a workshop: your name, your email or phone, the workshop and what you tell me you would like to work on. I receive them through the Netlify forms service, only to let you know when there is a date. I process them with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time, and keep them only until the workshop is announced or you ask me to delete them.
  • If you accept cookies and see the Instagram block (Home and Contact): the Jotform feed loads; Jotform receives technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) and may store cookies. If you then open a post, you go to Instagram (Meta).

I don't use your data to send you advertising, and I don't make automated decisions about you.

Under 18s

If the person receiving care is under 18, the booking and consent must come from their mother, father or legal guardian, as required by law. If this applies to you, I will explain how I handle it before we start.

Who else receives your data

I don't pass your data on to anyone, except where required by law or with your consent. To run the website and my practice I use these services, which process data on my behalf:

  • Google (Google Calendar and Gmail): bookings and email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): the messages you send me on WhatsApp.
  • Netlify: website hosting (technical connection data).
  • Jotform: shows my Instagram posts, only if you accept cookies (technical connection data and cookies).
  • The video call tool we use for sessions.

Google, Meta, Netlify and Jotform may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. They do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep your data

  • Messages and bookings: as long as needed to look after you. If we don't end up starting, I delete them once they are no longer needed.
  • Clinical record: at least five years from the end of each episode of care, as required by Spanish Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy, or any longer period set by healthcare regulations.
  • Tax data: for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, for portability, or object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me at laneuronainquieta.psico@gmail.com with the subject «Data protection». If necessary, I will ask you to confirm your identity.

If you believe I have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

What this website does

  • It has no forms of its own: it doesn't ask for your name or your reason for seeking help.
  • The «Where do I start?» quiz doesn't save or send your answers.
  • The «Can I help?» panel shows prepared answers: it doesn't save anything.
  • The Google calendar only loads when you press «Choose my time», and the Instagram feed (Jotform) only loads if you accept cookies.
  • The QR code on the Contact page only contains the link to the WhatsApp chat.
