How I work

I created La Neurona Inquieta (“the restless neuron”) so that thinking differently doesn't feel like a problem. Here you will find psychology that is warm, clear and free of judgement.

  1. Every mind is different

Everyone learns, feels and relates to others in their own way. I adapt what we do to you and to where you are right now.

  2. Evidence and warmth

I rely on what research tells us, and I explain it to you in a clear, practical way.

  3. Step by step

Clear goals and small steps for your everyday life. At your own pace.

Working together with family and school

With children and teenagers, support works best when everyone is pulling in the same direction. That's why I work together with the family and the school: class tutors, the counselling team and teachers.

  • Coordination meetingsWith the class tutor, the school counselling team and the teachers.
  • Shared guidelinesThe same approach at home, in class and in sessions, so everyone pulls in the same direction.
  • Follow-upTogether we look at what is working and what needs adjusting.

Always with the family's consent and respecting confidentiality.
