Maybe this happens to you

  • It's hard to get going, even when you want to.
  • Your mind races and you don't know where to begin.
  • You forget things and it weighs on you.

This is not a test or a diagnosis.

If it's your child: home, school and sessions

With ADHD, everyday life in class matters a lot. That's why, with children and teenagers, I work with the family and, with your permission, with the school. That way the guidelines are the same everywhere.

  • Coordination meetingsWith the class tutor, the school counselling team and the teachers.
  • Shared guidelinesThe same approach at home, in class and in sessions, so everyone pulls in the same direction.
  • Follow-upTogether we look at what is working and what needs adjusting.

Always with the family's consent and respecting confidentiality.

How I work

  1. We understand how your attention and your energy work, with or without a diagnosis.

  2. We try practical tools: organisation, timing, routines and reminders.

  3. We review what works and what doesn't, and adjust it. With children and teens, I coordinate with the family and the school.

Before you book

Do I need a diagnosis to book?

No, you don't. You can come with a diagnosis, without one or with doubts. We can talk about it in the first session.

Can you work with my child's school?

Yes, if the family gives consent. I can meet with the class tutor, the school counselling team and the teachers. We share guidelines and follow up together, so that what we work on in sessions also makes sense at home and in class. I only share what is necessary, always respecting confidentiality.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you tell me is protected by professional secrecy and by data protection law. There are only a few specific exceptions set by law, such as a serious risk to you or to someone else. If that ever happened, I would explain it to you. I follow the Code of Ethics of Psychology (Código Deontológico de la Psicología, in Spanish).
